Shipping Policy:
- Free shipping on orders over ₹10,000 within India (excludes large equipment like hospital beds, surgical tables, and imaging equipment)
- Delivery timeframe: 7-14 business days for most items
- Large equipment requires freight delivery – customer must ensure delivery access is available
- Damaged freight must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Customer is responsible for inspecting items upon delivery
Return Policy:
- All returns require prior authorization – contact us before returning any items
- Return period: 30 days from delivery date
- New products follow manufacturer return policies and may be subject to restocking fees
- Certified Rental equipment is not eligible for return (rental terms apply)
